It also has mop lifter that will lift the pad automatically as it changes between tile and laminate, hardwood and carpet or rugs, to avoid soaking the soft surfaces.
In addition to this it is also the S8 Pro Ultra has self-washing and self-drying capabilities. The pad can be washed and then dried with the dock and the dust container is automatically empty and returned to it. You can set it and forget about it. It is only necessary to refill the water tank, or replace the dust bag occasionally.
This is all powered by a lithium-ion battery of 5,200mAh. I ran it on its standard vac and mop settings for about 160 minutes before the S8 Pro Ultra started to run low on power and then return to its base for a recharge. This isn't too far from the 180-minute time that Roborock claims, and is on the same level with other hybrids I've tested.
This is a highly robust and well-rounded product with its only downsides being that it's pricey. The sheer amount of features make it an appealing choice for anyone looking to replace their old mops and stick vacuums. We would highly recommend this vacuum for those who can afford its price.
2. Dreametech L10S Ultra
The Dreametech L10S Ultra is a high-end mop and robot vacuum. Its price is justified by its powerful features, which include the capacity to vacuum large volumes and two gyrating mop mops. It also has an app-based, smart controller and a powerful obstacle avoidance system.
The L10S Ultra is one of the most expensive robotic vacuum and mop combos available with a suggested retail price of 999 euros. In my tests, it performed well throughout the house. It was able to remove 98.4 percent of the debris on all kinds of floors and was able to lift hair that was long without getting caught up in. The mops also performed admirably and produced excellent results for cleaning with less effort than many mid-range models. This was thanks to their rotational movement as well as an effective dose of cleaning solution.
The L10S Ultra's most significant highlight is its docking station that is multi-functional. The dock emptys its dustbin into dirt bag, fills its water tank for mopping, and dry the mop pads for you. It also comes with a real-time hazard detection system and lets you schedule regular cleaning sessions with its smart controls.
The L10S Ultra does not offer better performance for removing carpet debris in comparison to the other hybrid vacuum mop I tried. The mops on the L10S Ultra aren't as effective in removing stubborn stains as the Roborock S7 MaxV Ultra.
Despite the L10S Ultra's top-of-the-line features it still requires regular maintenance. To prevent the growth of mildew or unpleasant odors, the base unit dustbag, water, and tanks need to be cleaned regularly, emptied, and dried. The mop pads sold separately also require changing regularly.
With the L10S Ultra's pricey pricing and its extensive features I would highly recommend it to anyone with the money for it. For those who are on a smaller budget, I suggest an easier model that will allow you to save money while enjoying clean hands at home. It's important to remember that even it's true that the L10S Ultra is the best robotic vacuum and mop combination you can purchase, its high purchase price and ongoing maintenance will ultimately make it more of a want than a need.
3. Eufy S1 Pro
If you're looking for a robot mop and vacuum that can pick up dirt and dust on your hard floors, while taking care of wet mess, then take a look at the Eufy S1 Pro. This powerful robovac/mop combo is a mighty suction capacity of 8,000 Pa. It also boasts a huge battery capacity that can be used for vacuuming as well as mowing. And it is equipped with a top-notch obstacle-avoidance system. It also comes with a roller mop that cleans itself as it moves, which makes the S1 Pro stand out from other models that require users to return to their base station mid-cleaning to wash off the mop's pad.
The S1 Pro uses a unique mopping system that is a major contrast to the microfiber pads and spinning discs used in other robots. If you'd like to make use of your own cleaner, you can add cleaning solution to dock. If you opt for this option, however, you will have to purchase the Eufy-branded cleaning solution that is more expensive than other robot brands that allow users to select their own choice of cleaning products.
The S1 Pro performed well in the coverage and navigation efficiency tests, as did the majority of robots. It was quick to map the area and navigated around furniture. The only issue is that it got stuck a couple of times on carpets with longer piles and rugs in my tests however this can be fixed as the software is updated. The S1 Pro is an all-in-one robot that has a lot of functionality at affordable prices.
4. Roborock Qrevo
The Qrevo is Roborock's entry-level vacuum and mop, but it still has some impressive features. The dock's multi-function function is emptying the robot's dirtbag, refilling its water tanks, and cleaning and sanitizing the mop pads is performed by the dock. The mopping system itself is capable of cleaning a large portion of an area before returning to its dock, and the vacuum's extreme suction does a nice job of picking up debris and pet hair that accumulates on carpets.
The app that runs this appliance is fairly dense, offering a wide variety of options to personalize the cleaning process. You can choose to manually clean all areas that are mapped by this device, or select specific rooms, an expandable zone or a custom routine you've designed. vacuum bot is one of the mopping options. It utilizes the sensors on the mops to map the area and determine the most efficient way to clean it.
The Qrevo did well in our tests, like all the Roborock models we've evaluated. Its navigation system is solid that can quickly map rooms and cleaning them in a systematic fashion. Its "Normal" pathing settings cover an area well, and doesn't leave any major gaps or missing areas. Reactive Tech's hazard-avoidance feature works well, however it's not as sophisticated as color camera systems on the Qrevo Master and the S8 Pro Ultra. It can spot dangers like thick carpets but it might not always detect small things such as rug tassels or electrical wires.
One of the biggest flaws of this model is the absence of a mop-after-vacuum option that could be a problem for people who do a lot of vacuuming prior to cleaning with their robot. There's an easy solution: the app offers a feature that lets you "clean up", at the end of every vacuuming session. You can make use of the vacuum's mopping functions to remove the dust and dirt that are left behind after vacuuming. This is a great feature that helps this robot to clean up a bit better than its cheaper competitors.
